The song "The 12 Days of Christmas" has a background in
Christianity dating to a time and place where Christians could not
worship openly (somewhat like society is headed today). If you
would like to see the meanings of each of the 12 days please go
here http://www.cresourcei.org/cy12days.html for a full
description. We hope you enjoy this series as well as the Holiday
season. Merry Christmas from Mo Madness Couple and Mo Pirate. This
cache is one of twelve in a series called "The Twelve Days of
Christmas." It is one of eleven traditional caches with clues for
solving the coordinates to a final mystery cache called "On the 1st
Day of Christmas." Remember to get the clue (from the lid) for
solving the coordinates for the grand finale or mystery cache.
Cache is not a park and grab. You will need to hike a small
distance in the parkway area to where a train track used to be
elevated through this area. It involves various terrain conditions
and is fairly well hidden. Not recommended for handicap
accessibility. Cache contains logbook, pencil, and smaller trade
items. It could hold smaller travel bugs or geocoins too. A special
$ gold coin is available for the FTF prize. Cache was placed with
permission of the City Park and Recreation Department.
