Happy New Year EVC!!!
Welcome everyone to another EVC Holiday Party.
I'll bring the apple cider, you bring the food.
Bring a cache for the New Year Cache Exchange.
You need to hide it within 20 days and 20 miles.
Expect the usual suspects to appear. (Some for only a minute or two.)
Think back to your favorite cache experience of the year. Ponder the many DNF's from that ONE cache. The owner will probably be there so you can tell them what you think.
Did you get any geo injuries last year? Maybe you can show your scar to LaBamba.
6:30 start time. Come earlier if you want to help set up.
Fatha Times Predictions for next year.
1. A new type of geocache will be intoduced. The Happy Dance Cache. I predict the first finders will be.. GoDux. No, Geoscreepers, No GoDux. It doesn't matter, it's the same guy anyway.
2. Enroute to his goal of finding a cache for 800 consecutive days, Duckalum will plea with local cachers to archive their caches and relist them with a new cache name.
3. An unknown local cacher will become a reviewer for geocaching.com. Wait that was last years prediction.
4. In an attempt to save time signing caches, legoboyjj will drop the lego and jj from his name. He will now be known as Boy.
5. Rain or Shine will find a puzzle cache without consulting "the List".
6. LaBamba will unwittingly start a new fashion trend after losing yet another boot at a geocache.
