Course Description: This course all about physical education. In this course you will briefly examine some sports and have the opportunity to go hiking and bird watching. Unlike most courses, this course only consist of an exam that will provide the location to the treasure that you are seeking. This course is graded on a pass/fail criteria.  If you pass, you will receive an A. Failure isn't really an option. Finding the treasure will indicate a successful completion of the course.
Exam:  
  To find the prize and before you get to exercise, you need at answer a few sports related questions to obtain the coordinates.  Parking can be found by subtracting 0.173 from the derived north coordinates and adding 0.017 to the derived west coordinates.


North  38 40.ABC

A = This is an international multi-sport event established for both summer and winter games. The committee that runs these games was founded in 1894 on the initiative of a French nobleman, Pierre Fredy, Baron de Coubertin.  His vision was to bring together amateur athletes from around the world to compete in a variety of events.

B = This is a team sport played on ice.  It is fast paced and physical sport.  It is most popular in areas that are sufficiently cold for natural reliable seasonal ice cover. It is a game played on ice in which two opposing teams of skaters, using curved sticks, try to drive a puck into the opponent's goal.

C = A team sport in which two teams of five active players each try to score points against one another by propelling a ball through a 10 feet (3m) high hoop (the goal) under organized rules.

D = This is a name given to a number of similar team sports, all of which involve (to varying degrees) kicking a ball with the foot in an attempt to score a goal.

E = This is an Olympic team sport played on sand. Like other variations of this game, two teams, separated by a high net try to score points against the other by grounding the ball on the other team's court.

F = This sport is a bat and ball sport played between two teams of nine players each. The goal of the game is to score runs by hitting a thrown ball with a bat and touching a series of four markers arranged at the corners of a ninety foot square or diamond.

The three degree types that are available to you are:

  • Associates of Science
  • Bachelor of Science
  • Masters of Science

A doctorate program may be added if we are successful at recruiting additional faculty, and enrollment is sufficiently high that the warrants the effort.

Areas of study will include the following:

  • Computer Science (CS)
  • Biological Science (BS)
  • Chemistry (CH)

In addition to the core subject, you will be expected to complete a certain amount of general education.
