GEO DEN Traditional Cache
thebummys: Sadly, we are going to archive Geo Den. The cache container is missing from it's hiding spot. This was the very first cache that we hid, and we are sad to see our interesting container gone. The area has become a high muggle spot with the addition of the skate park and football field in near proximity. We have marked the travel items that were listed as being in the container as missing. Hopefully someone picked them up before the container was taken and will post their whereabouts soon. We searched the surrounding area for the container, but came up empty-handed.

Located at Recreation Park in Raymore, Missouri. Short walk from parking area to cache site across grassy area.
Cache is located near a small lake. This is a busy park, with tennis courts, soccer fields, baseball fields, football fields, a skate park, walking trail and childrens play area included. This can be a high muggle area at times - use your stealth as needed! The cache is in a well camouflaged PVC container - approximately 2 inches in diameter and about 13 inches long. Please take care to hide it as found to maintain its security.
Our family enjoys the park system in Raymore, and we wanted to share it with others. The Parks and Rec Department does a great job of planning family activities year round, and maintains the wonderful parks in our area. Please park in designated parking areas and walk to the cache site. Please enjoy the amenities while you visit, and be sure to report vandalism if you see it! Permission was granted by the Parks and Rec Department for this cache to be placed and maintained in the park. Restrooms and soda machines are nearby in the park. Leashed animals are welcome in the area. Cache could be stroller accessible - especially with the "off road" type.
We will try to keep lots of goodies in the cache - we have young people in our family, and know how kids like to get their "cache" too! Please let us know if the supply runs low. The cache is large enough to hold small to medium sized objects and travel bugs.
