Geocache Description:

The cache is *not* at the posted coordinates. This is a seedling cache from 72CCT-ChE Neodymium Golden Altoidium Can. The original seedling was misplaced, so this is a replacement altoid/lock-n-lock hybrid. As with the original, this cache is intended to celebrate/roast 72CCT-ChE. The puzzle is in the same vein as many of Chip's puzzles. It is obscure and the results may be questionable. Good luck!

In the spirit of the Thanksgiving season, I feel that it is important to give thanks for some things.
  • I'm thankful for my family, especially my four ladies (my three daughters and my wife).
  • I'm thankful for geocaching, especially the dozens of new friends I've met through it.
  • I'm thankful for web comics, especially xkcd and their one comic about geohashing.
  • I'm thankful for the internet, especially my two favorite sites, Google and Wikipedia.
  • I'm thankful for apples. I think all seventy-seven hundred varieties of them should be celebrated, but especially Granny Smith apples.
  • I'm thankful for science fiction, especially the original Star Wars trilogy. I was sixteen then, but Princess Leia in a bikini is still a fond memory for me.
  • I'm thankful for huge sporting spectacles, like when the Patriots won their first of three Super Bowls. My brother-in-law is a big fan. Sorry Buffalo.
  • I won't admit this in front of more than one person at a time, but I'm thankful for wrestling, especially the WWF. I know they are the WWE now, but I'm old school and I liked them better before the name switch.
  • I'm thankful for the patience and perseverance of fellow geocachers as they try and solve questionable puzzles, especially if they contain decoys. This one doesn't have any decoys. Seriously. Zero... Well... Maybe one, but definitely not any more than that.

Have a Safe and Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Caching!

While the results of this puzzle should probably be self-validating, I figured that some of you might welcome some independent verification.

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.

Congratulations to 72CCT-ChE on over 1,000 finds, including over 100 puzzle cache finds!

Congratulations to Determined Doe who claimed the unique unlaminated lammie as her First to Find prize!

People are encouraged to post a note that shares a lighthearted story about Chip; one of his puzzles, one of his hides, or a shared adventure with him on the trail. Remember, this is a celebration/roast, not a lynching.

The cache should be winter accessible as long as the snow doesn't get too deep. The cache has a custom log book to sign and starts out with a lot of unique pennies and half-pennies for trade.
