Geocache Description:

West Hills Complex

The West Hills Complex once was home of the Minnesota State Public School for Dependent and Neglected Children. It is now owned by the City of Owatonna. The main administration building is now tgw Owatonna City Hall. (visit link) To find information on the State School Museum. There's alot of interesting history associated with this place.

This is a three stage cache.

1st Stage; Nano at listed coordinates
2nd Stage; Micro
3rd Stage: Small
