A cute little community hall, still available for functions, though I have no idea who you would contact.
The cache is in an ammo container, and is filled with fun swag. There is no theme, but try and keep the trades even(This is better stuff than just dollar store trinkets).
Enjoy the view of the three hills to the north, and the train trestle just to the south. If you are lucky, you'll probably see some deer, too!
