The Fountain at Galatyn Plaza Traditional Cache

This cache is one of those irritating magnetic nanos (some call them "blinkys") so bring a pen to sign the log and a tweezers if you have huge fingers or if you just really like tweezers. Irritating as the container may be it is placed in a very pleasant spot. The fountain in the plaza is unusual and is fun to watch. The plaza itself is a nice place to sit and eat lunch or just to unwind. Read the hint to make this a quick grab if there are muggles around.

While the Galatyn DART station is very nearby the train doesn't always stop here and when it does it doesn't stay for long. FYI if you're riding the rails.

A few years ago I was a volunteer cache reviewer for this web site back when virtual caches were allowed. A cacher from Houston submitted this location as a virtual cache and I did not publish it with the excuse that while it is a cool fountain it is not extremely unique or famous, and that a traditional cache could easily be hidden. The cacher's retort was to tell me that it would be a great cache for children and that I must hate children for not approving the cache. Being a cache reviewer sure was fun!
