Geocache Description:


This is located next to old highway 36, at one time this was one of the crossing points into Missouri. The bridge is no longer here and has been replaced by a new four lane I 72 bridge into Missouri. A short distance from the cache location you will find John Hay recreational area which will give you a good view of Hannibal Mo. just across the Mississippi river. You can also find a picnic shelter and tables with plenty of space for the kids and pets to run around. Bring your own pencil.
