Geocache Description:

Ho! Ho! Ho! Welcome to the fifth straight year of Holiday Caching! We may have fallen off the face of Earth for a few months, but Tazwalker & Zachman10 are back in action for this holiday season.

Parking:

The easiest way to access this cache is off of Lake Road. A gravel parking lot is available off of Lake Road just before the campgrounds gate, which will most likely be closed. This is across from the Kanatota Lodge, west of Bittersweet Lane.

The Hike:

You will have to hike down the campgrounds entrance and make a left toward the camp sites. Just behind Wolf Cabin II, or the Camp Ground Office, is a trail that leads you to a bridge across a small creek. At the top of the next ridge, you will find a North-to-South-running trail. Head South and you will leave the trail a few minutes down.

The Cache:

As usual, you will find a quaint pine tree decorated with the holiday spirit, accompanied by a well stoked .50 cal Ammo box. The ornaments from this year's tree have been removed for use on next year's tree.
