This is a simple two part mystery. Stages are walking distance apart.
Go to the above cords to gather information on the final. At the final, you will find a small container.

1. for zzz, take the starting North seconds (111). On the sign you will find out how long the town of Monticello was there. Use the dates to determine the length of the towns existence. Take that number and transpose it and add it to the starting seconds (111). The checksum is 12.
2. for yyy, take the starting West seconds (544). On the sign count the number of tines in the two rows on the farming machinery. Subtract that number from the starting West seconds (544). The checksum is 9.
