Geocache Description:

***HELP TWELVE PUPPIES, RASTAFARIANS, TREE FROGS, and CACHES STRANDED IN THE WOODS ***

These abandoned puppies are looking for good caching families to adopt them. They need very little attention just lots of TLC. So if you would like to come and find them and choose one, then take him/her home, please let us know how they settle in. Photos would be appreciated. One by One they must leave ALONE, to start a New Life in Your Home. There is no actual cache to leave anything in so please just take One Puppy per Family, and let us know which one you've taken and the name you've given it.

REMEMBER - A PUPPY IS FOR LIFE NOT JUST FOR CHRISTMAS.

The puppies were last seen running along the north boundary between the two listed waypoints of the woods, where they split up and went into hiding in the small tree cover.
PS, there is a Bonus Buddha hiding out. He can be taken instead of a puppy if you want him.
Once all the puppies have gone, keep watching to see what else might turn up in the woods.
The difficulty rating of this cache will go up, as more puppies find good homes. Hope you enjoy your walk in this lovely area to find the puppies.

15/1/09 I have been down to the woods today, and feed and watered two remaining puppies (see photos).
I have also set free 8 rastafarians who stowed away with us when we came back from the Caribbean. I have reduced the difficulty once again.
If you have been before your wecome to return to help other cachers find the above, and there is a little runt puppie in the woods as well now.
So GO FOR IT!! TM

HazelS now has a Hamish the Highland Terrier
Snowbunny has the runt of the litter
Scottpa has a Rasta for his baby brother
usnu had a Rasta. (six left)
So there is at least one Yorkshire Terrier still in there and maybe another puppie (if my counting was right).
25/1/09 Glad you found the Yellow Lab puppy we could'nt anyway the poor Yorkie is out there and 4 Rastas left so "Go For It!! On On to the woods.
7/3/09 12 Furteventura Tree Frogs, have now been placed in there (short term) tree homes please let us know if you have taken one. Enjoy yourselfs TM.

30/3/09 The last abandoned puppy has found a good home and been called 'Kirsty' Arr, lots more to find out there by the sounds of the last log .

Found 7 tree frogs, 1 Buddha, 1 soft green frog, 1 dog (Yorkie we think) and 1 Rastafarian. Still to find

Called today to check things out and add some more items I found on our (me and Melyn ) walk through this small woods - 1 x Mini Car cache 1 x Tree Frog 1 x Rasta 1 x Bob the Builder cache and 1 x Piggy cache On my pass through, I have placed - 1 x Train cache 1 x Cube cache and 1 x Truck cache All ready for the up and coming Monster Camping Meet ™

PS If you have NO LUCK on your hunt , there is a small cache near the SouthEast entrance to the woods (under some large stones ) so at least you will come away with a smiley . On On to the woods

North Wales Wildlife Trust Nature Reserve - Coed Trellyniau. Permission has been given by the Head Warden to place a cache here, but do please keep to the footpath (caches placed at the side of the footpath).
