cache_me_in: Well, I hate to see this one go down but I guess I'm gonna have to archive it. Thanks to everybody who hunted this cache. I'm hoping to find another place for this that is just as popular.

Geocache Description:

Another cache in Springdale

This building has some history behind it and if anybody knows me they know I'm all for history.

Jim Charlesworth, built this Pontiac dealership in 1948. In 1960 his son Russell took over and operated the dealership until 1984, when he retired and leased the building to Steve Smith. Steve operated out of this building until 2004, then moved his dealership to a new building near I540. In August 2004 Russell's daughter, Nancy, began remodeling the building and reopened in March 2005. Although it is no longer a car dealership it has been restored to it's 1950's look, including a 1954 Starchief.

The shrubs in front are the same shrubs planted when the dealership was built.

There is a little somethin', somethin' for the FTF in an envelope. You'll appreciate it after caching in this cold.
