I've always wanted to find a large size cache, but haven't had the opportunity, so I thought I'd pay it forward by placing one! You're looking for a large Rubbermaid, a little off the trail in a clearing. You won't be able to see it from the trail so trust your coordinates and Geosense, and you'll be ok. You should just need to do a little gentle bush pushing but no whacking! This in Fort Steilacoom Park on the trail system on the south side of the lake. I like to take the paved trail around the lake to the south side, then take the gravel trail near the 2 small stone pillars. Have fun!
This park can only be accessed dawn to dusk!!
PS. This area has gotten somewhat overgrown! I have upped the terrain rating to 2.5
