This cache is available from 7am to sunset. The waypoints to the front gate will be posted, at the gate it states there is a parking charge, but I've never been charged, due to no one in the guardshack. This is a popular park, sledding, playground, fishing, trails, the works.
This is an offset multi. The above coordinances take you to a sign stating the "FISHING RULES" where you need to get your answer for the final.
