Geocache Description:

A Jack's Peak Cache - sorta

This is a Jack's Peak cache but not in Jack's Peak Park. This area has always been known as Jack's Peak long before the Park was established. Many old homes are located in the area because of the wonderful view of Monterey Bay.

Perhaps this is not the best name for this cache as most local folks know where and what this means but the area is lovely and the back roads worth the drive. It is a well used road so be careful with the traffic. I snuck in and placed the cache with care and my fellow cachers, please do the same.

This cache is one of my clear lock and lock containers, pretty well hidden and containing some of my new pathtags. If you do take a pathtag, please record it by going to Pathtags.com and tell me where you found it. You may keep the pathtag or move it along. Very few are moved so don't feel guilty keeping it.
