Chancer: We have decided to archive this one because of two reasons. One, it is in a location where the local police have on multiple occasions stopped to ask geocachers what they are up to; and Two, it goes missing so often as to suspect foul play. So it is archived, and if we can come up with solutions to the problem we will restore it there or nearby.

Pass this spot many times and it has been eating up inside (hence the title) that there is not a cache somewhere along this strip of path. The Beautification group does such nice work!
