Geocache Description:

This is a park-n-grab at the northern terminus of the Greater Grand Forks Greenway*. The cache is wheelchair accessible in all but winter & child friendly. There is plenty of parking.

To the east is the "Riverside Rapids" on the Red River of the North & across the river you are in MN. Bring along your bike, roller blades, hiking shoes or dogs. If you've a mind to, your fishing pole would be handy. The Greenway runs on both sides of the Red River & has miles MUP paths to explore. The northern most pedestrian bridge is short walk to the north of this position.

Our new Greater Grand Forks Greenway* is one of my favorite places in the area! I feel it is the most positive civic improvement to result from rebuilding riverside GF/EGF, following the devastating 1997 flood.
