I'm always keeping an eye out for interesting cache containers. I started this series because they were things that were going to get thrown out - but I saved them! So this is one of them. Now of course I keep an eye out for anything household related. Also I might even do some grand household item cache somewhere down the track - so keep eyes out for more!
This use to be a house and shed, now only the shed/barn remains. It also now serves as over-flow parking for the soccer fields just up the road a bit. (great place to park now for those attempting 'Climbing Tree - GC1DDWW). This should not be a difficult find and I'm trying to do some more kid friendly ones as my boy loves going caching with me and is delighted when he makes a find and it's filled with goodies. The lid should fit snugg enough to keep it water tight - we shall see.
Thorns seem to be around even in winter - so summer might make this a harder cache to get to.
