Part of a series of 11 caches on a walk of about 6.5 miles,starting and finishing in Stow on the Wold,the highest town above sea level in the Cotswolds.
This Millenium path was opened by Mr HWG Elwes HM Lord- Lieutenant of Gloucestershire on 20th May 2004. This footpath,linking Lower Swell to Stow on the Wold,was constructed by the Parishioners of Lower Swell,assisted by the Cotswold Voluntary Wardens,to commemorate the beging of the new Millenium.
