The cache is located a short distance up one of the walking paths at the Yambuk Lake camping ground.
The Yambuk Lake is a popular camping spot located near the town of Yambuk on the Princes Highway. The lake is actually an estuary of the Eumeralla river, and is accessible at all times. It can be reached from a turnoff in the town of Yambuk itself, or from a turnoff a short distance to the east if you're approaching from the Melbourne side. A central feature of the camping ground is the giant slide and lookout point in the dunes. After you've found the cache (or before), have a go on the slide! The cache is a small Sistema container painted black, containing a logbook and pencil. Feel free to leave swaps.
