So Horton stopped splashing. He looked towards
the sound.
“That’s funny,” thought Horton. “There’s no one around.”
Then he heard it again! Just a very faint yelp As if some
tiny person were calling for help. “I’ll help you,” said
Horton.
“But who are you? Where?” He looked and he looked.
He could see nothing there.
What he would soon find out, was that he heard not a who
but a what. Deep into the jungle, past to pool, beyond where
any who would go, Horton found a Cache! This Cache was
not tiny, nor was it large. It was however just the right size
for
many a stash.
Horton would like all to meet his new friend, but
he warns any who, who may venture into his woods past where
any who would normally go, not to disrupt the creatures
within
and beware of thorns that may grow near.
