Geocache Description:

An easy cache located in an area with a lot of history. The Butterfield trail runs through this area and there are several pit houses not too far away. The area is beautiful. Take some time to look around. Watch out for Javalinas. We have seen several out here. Also some of the cows can be a bit aggressive.

Cache is a large ammo can that contains many items suitable for children. Also a geology book, hand warmers, bandana, lightstick,compass,necklace, Geocache patch, camera, McD's gift card, emergency blanket, 2 geocacher's notebooks, gloves, pencils, a travel bug named Desert Scorpion II and a Symbology geocoin. The TB and coin have missions attached.
