Follow a trail of reflectors counterclockwise along the park perimeter to a fence post that's marked with multiple reflectors. Important: Hold your flashlight next to your ear -- to ensure light is reflected back to your eyes.
You're looking for an embedded container. Tweezers may be helpful. This cache has been muggled in the past. Please be stealthy, and hide the container well so that kids don't discover it as they play.
