A decent sized cache set with some spectacular views in open access land, the cache is to celebrate we have been caching for 1 year today!
Park at N 53 30.428, W 01 43.569 the top of Hordron Road where there is space for a couple of cars. This road is now a track. Follow it through the gates for about 20 minutes till you get to the old farm building. Do not enter the building, it is derelict & dangerous. Go through the right hand gate and start to walk down to the river and you will quickly see GZ.
We are advised it is an old sheepfold but it certainly looks like a sheep fort! Does anybody else know any different?
The spot is a beautiful picnic area so be sure to bring your sandwiches.
