You are looking for a micro located near the Fort Riley Gunnery Range Complex. The name 19 Kilo is what the Army calls tank crewmembers. This range complex is named after SSG David Douthit who was killed in action during Desert Storm. He was awarded the Silver Star and the Purple Heart.
