Cache is located at a public boat ramp in the shadow of the new bridge over the Colorado River on the western approach to Smithville. The road leading to the boat ramp is located on the east side of Loop 230 right where American Legion Road intersects with Loop 230. The area is currently in the midst of construction, but is open to the public.
Cache is a large plastic peanut container. It contains a log and ink pen as well as a few trading items. It is large enough to shelter travel bugs and geocoins.
