Geocache Description:

This is a series of caches for my family. It was inspired after spending an afternoon with Mom. We were sitting down for a cup of tea when Moki's Rest Stop (GC1J0F4) popped up as a possible FTF. We got in my truck and had the cache in hand, and the FTF, within a few minutes. It was her first caching expedition.

This is the neighborhood where I spent the first 24 years of my life. The cache is placed in "The Island"; you'll see how it got its name when you get there. I learned to ride my bike here, and this was also part of the paper route I had for nine years. The Island used to have much more vegitation, and this is where the neighborhood kids used to play hide & seek. My friends Margie, Kathleen and Brian grew up close by, too.

Please be quiet and respectful here, as it's a residential neighborhood.

The cache is a Blue Diamond Almonds can with a little bit of room for small TBs and swag.

Please replace the cache exactly as found.

The difficulty has been increased by one star on 1/7/09 because people are having more difficulty finding this one than I expected. Perhaps stealth is a serious issue.
