This cache will be a an interesting dryfoot hike in cool weather but will literally take a snorkel come hot weather. You are looking for an anchored gatoraide bottle tied down with a quick release clip for bringing it to the surface for signing come summer. Special cudos to the first who finds after the water comes in.
You may use the parking lot other than holiday and busy summer weekends when the landowner reserves the right to save those spots for paying customers and boat owners.
Cache is actually on TVA land so is fine for recreational use.
