crs98: This puzzle has run it's course and it's time for it to retire.
The solution to this puzzle was to recognize that the units posted for the numbers were in radians instead of degrees. Using a radians to degrees converter (and subtracting off the extraneous factors of 360 degrees for going around in a circle many times) left you with the answer. It was a bit obtuse, but it was one of my early puzzles and I probably made this one too hard. It ended up sparking a few other puzzles from folks who had different ideas about how to solve this one.
Thanks for the many folks who visited over the years!
