My Girl friend / Partner in cache where out caching a couple weeks ago and found the prefect spot for a break along the hiking trail. The trail is pretty rocky for the first half, but its a neat 3/4 mile hike to a awesome water fall.. the cache is about 3/4s of the way in to the hike. its a large tennis ball tube. camoed to its surroundings. just watch out for the lose fallen tree branches :D all in all hope you guys enjoy the hike as we did. bring a lunch but please what ever you bring please bring it back. there are a couple trash cans down buy the small creek where you park off the side of the road. Hope you all have a good time finding this one on the way to the beautiful water fall.
***Don't for get to pick up a day or year pass for parking in the forest***
This area does have some trash from people that just dont care about the natural land that we have left. It would be nice if you'd pick up just one piece of trash from the ground and bring it back on your way back out. though it isn't required. Thanks to each of you that do "cache in and trash out!".
