LavaLizard: This cache came to my attention because of the number of DNFs but that is not why it is being archived.
This cache appears to be placed on or near a transmission line tower. Geocaching.com cache placement guidelines prohibit caches placed near or under structures deemed to be potential targets for terrorist attacks. The guidelines provide as follows: Caches may be quickly archived if we see the following (which is not inclusive):
Caches near or under public structures deemed potential or possible targets for terrorist attacks. These include but are not limited to highway bridges, dams, government buildings, elementary and secondary schools, and airports.
In the past, there have been a number of problems with caches placed on transmission line towers and as a result we will no longer publish caches placed on or near these towers. Previously published caches near power towers may be archived.

If the cache owner addresses the issues that lead to archival and contacts me within a reasonable period of time (6-8 weeks), it may be possible to unarchive the cache. Please include the GC# with your message.
