Sidewalk to.......... no where!!! Well, at least to most people. To us, its a sidewalk to the perfect place to hide a cache!!!
Me and Kevin were talking to other day about the lack on regular
caches in the area. there are some, but for the most part there are
only micros or smalls. So we decided to make a bunch of "Rebellious
Regulars". This is the 1st one we have placed and there will soon
be more to come!! We plan on hiding as many regulars in sarasota
and bradenton as we can.
This sidewalk about 4 year ago led right to a cow pasture that used to be here. Not anymore!! It leads to absolutely no place!! LoL! They even built a new one that will bring you right to the new shopping center that now rests where the cows used to be. =o( But they left the sidewalk as a small reminder of what used to be here.
This should be a pretty easy find. Kind of a PAG with a bit of a walk involved. (Park at N 27*23.265' W 082*27.726') and just follow the sidewalk to nowhere. The cache is a little off the beaten trail, but not to far back. If you wonder back into the wooded area that still remains here you will walk right into an urban outdoors mens livingroom. Happy hunting!!!
