Geocache Description:

This is another link in the expanding trail system on our local BLM lands. The trail up to Chamise Peak is a classic. Easy grade, fine views, nicely done.

The easiest way to the top is to walk or bicycle the Flanagan Trail to the junction at the ridge top with the Chamise Peak Trail. Map: (visit link)
The grade is suitable for mountain bike use, and it's ALL uphill! Lucky you.

I hid an ammo can near the top at the edge of a large clearing. The views are spectacular and well worth the effort. Coordinates may be a bit off due to tree cover. That's a bit of a hint, as big trees are scarce. FTF pin, some bike stuff, and dollar store treasures are up there.
