The cache is not at the listed coordinates, although the
coordinates will take you to a very nice location from which to
watch the runners charge down the hill at the start of the race.
To find the cache, you must solve this simple letter
substitution puzzle in which each letter corresponds to a number in
the cache’s geographic coordinates. You should be able to
solve this puzzle without leaving your computer. Most of the
answers can be found on the Boston
Athletic Association website.

The cache is a camo’d pill bottle. It was placed with just
a log book and a pen, though there is enough room for a couple of
small objects. You should be able to retrieve it at any time of the
year.
Once you find the final, the name of this geocache should be
obvious.
