In honor of the lake itself
I have been coming up to Lake McMurray for 40 years. From the time I was 10, this is where I spent every weekend until I was old enough to stay home alone. (17!)
I walked all the roads, backroads, trails, and places where there weren't any trails more times than I can count! It was a great place to enjoy the outdoors! I can even claim walking around the lake, twice! Remember when the train still whistled past? And when there were only 6 families at 6-pack? And you could walk down the tracks to Norway Park?
There are still eagles, river otters, many fish to catch, and a GREAT little store! My mom still lives here and I get to visit this great lake frequently. I never get tired of sitting and watching the fish jump, the birds on the feeders, the ducks quacking along, and of course, the eagles. Ah-h-h...Paradise.
The cache is on the south end of the lake at the boat ramp. Shouldn't be hard to find.
