Placed after a cold, cold, bicycle ride with a 5 degree wind chill. You are looking for a black painted LnL container about the size of a box of Arm and Hammer Baking Powder.
The land to the west of the river is private property and there is no need to go looking or approach on that side. In a similar fashion, there is no need to go scaling any fences.
You will need to figure out your own parking. I was on a bike and wasn't too concerned with it. :)
I would suggest parking along 159th East and walking.
