Paul the Osprey Guys says this about the rabbits: I know this
area and although I could not rule out a Great horned, I would say
more probable would be Red-tailed hawks. It is mainly because I
know there are two red-tails that nest in that area and I see them
whenever I drive by there on the highway. ... and they love Eastern
Cottontails.
I received notification on 2/5/2009 that development of these
properties will begin in early summer. The GSA and the FBI are
moving to Brooklyn Center.
