You know that you’ve seen it. It lurks on street signs and at
entrances to neighborhoods and shopping centers. Who knows where it
will end up next?! It is spreading like kudzu all over our fair
city and will probably take over the entire planet! What is it?
It’s THE PRETENTIOUS
E!!
You know you’ve found it when you see a sign that reads “Parke”
instead of “Park”. Or how about the sophisticated “Pointe” instead
of “Point”? There are just too many examples to list. Sometimes we
get so sick of seeing these ridiculous monikers that we just want
to scream from the rooftops: “Give us a break(e)!!!”
Here's a Pretentious E that really gets on our nerves. Despite the name on the street sign, this road is only a couple of years olde. What a sham! This cache should be an easy find, especially if you get all friendly with the palm trees. Please park near the parking coordinates that we have provided and take the short stroll to the cache instead of pulling over at the side of the road - we want to keep unwanted attention to a minimum!
