Geocache Description:

Freeman Gardens - Glen Ridge

These gardens are maintained by the local Glen Ridge community and are a sight to see when the roses are in bloom. I am jealous of the grape vines in the back always have grapes while my grape vines have failed to produce grapes in the 5 years they have been growing.

The gardens are generally opened from approx. 9am until dusk. At least that is what the older gentleman who is the main caretaker of the gardens told me as he hopped out of his car to open the gates for me at approx. 8:40am. the other day.

You will have to enter the gates in order to find the cache so if the gates are closed you will have to come back another day. Make a right after you enter the park and look for something round and begin looking there.
