DATE CHANGED TO 8-1-09 The BCB Luau Comittee would like to welcome everyone to the 2nd annual Black Canyon Beach Luau Event on 8-1-09 from 3:00 until ?. Camping from 2:00pm Saturday until 12:00pm Sunday and the park will be closed to the public. Triangle Park is located just 7 miles out of Emmett Idaho. This park is equipped with Handicap parking, Restrooms and tent sites. The park has a private gate and the code is LUAU Long term camping is availible at Montour campground.

UPDATE 7-29-09 FIRST 50 KIDS WILL RECEIVE FREE GRAB BAGS WITH. Hawaiin 14" inflatable beach ball. Hawaiin Lei. Hawaiin tag necklace. Hawaiin Skateboard 2". Hawaiin Tatoo. Hawiian Book marker. Aloha Bracelet. Fancy gold fish 1.75" Dolphin Key chain. Glitter sticky hand. Glow Stick. Artic Circle gift card for sundae. Bags will be given out at sign in. I do have some extra items but not all above and may be able to put more bags together if i have time. The 2nd annual BCB Luau Committee would like to invite you all out for a day of fun in the sun followed by night time geocaching. The event will kick off at 3:00pm with a sign in and meet and greet. We will be having all types of games for all ages throughout the day and evening. More will be posted soon on this. We will have a large Jump house with a slide for the kids to enjoy until Sunday. Please remember this is dry camping with plenty of room for all types of RV's and tons of room for tents. 6:00pm we will be serving a huge dinner and of course we will have BIG RON taking care of the smoked meat. Monetary donations will be requested for camping and or dinner. This area is equipped with a nice boat ramp, boat docks, rope swing, horse shoe pit, volleyball court, large fire pits, Lots of trees for shade and there will be a swim dock here as well. GATE CODE IS LUAU Please keep a eye on this page for many of updates from the Luau Committee. Camping on Friday night is availible at Montour Campground. If enough people would like to camp at this event we will rent the park next year fo 2 days. We will be having big raffles with all types of items such as geocaching items, Misc outdoors, Gift certificates or anything anyone would like to donate. We want to keep this a annual event and donations will help make this possible. Please fell free to contact us if you have any questions. 2009 BCB Luau Event will be planned as follows. 2:00pm Set up. 3:00pm Meet and Greet. Jump House. Misc Games Until 6:00pm DINNER WILL BE SUPLIED AND SERVED BETWWEN 6:00 & 6:30. Monetary donations will be requested to help cover the cost of food and etc. The donation amount expected is whatever you can afford. The more money donated will help us with the planning of next years event. DINNER WILL BE. SMOKED PORK, SMOKED BEEF, TERIYAKI CHICKEN, HOT DOGS AND TONS OF SIDE DISHES. DRINKS will be Lemonade, Ice Tea & water. GPS accuracy will run until 7:00pm Main raffle ticket sales will start and be drawn every hour. Mega Geocoin raffle. Every trackable geocoin donated will receive 2 raffle tickets and every non trackable geocoin will receive 1 raffle ticket. 3 winners will be drawn to share the pot. 50%-30%-20% 4:00pm Main Raffle drawings. Games. 5:00pm Main Raffle Drawings Games. 6:00pm Main Raffle Drawings. Dinner is served with monetary donations requested. 7:00pm Main Raffle Drawings. End of GPS accuracy game. 8:00pm Final main raffle drawing. Mega Geocoin Raffle drawing. Social time around the fires and watch for the night caches to appear. MORE OPDATES TO FOLLOW SOON.
