Norlo Park, named for Norman and Lois Sollenberger whose family farm is being developed by Guilford Township, contains more than 140 acres, including 5 ball fields, soccer fields (home of the Chambersburg AYSO), tennis and basketball courts, horseshoe pits (which have hosted the Eastern PA Horseshoe Pitchers Association Tournament), walking and jogging trails, picnic areas, playground equipment, a barn, farm house, community center, and genuine railroad cars (2 cabooses, a flat car, and a tanker car).
While you’re here, take the time to enjoy the park, it’s amenities and it’s beauty. Thank you, Guilford Township Supervisors, for this gem.
