This is another great arcade, from way back in the "Golden era" of arcades, the late 70s-early 80s.
This arcade along Stratford Road was just across the road from Hanes Mall, and was always packed with great games. It looks like it is still open as well- amazing, since the vast majority of these places have closed long ago. They still have the miniature golf as well.
During high school, Winston-Salem was within striking distance, and we almost always came by here, as well as the arcades in the mall. Like most other arcades, nowadays almost all their games are lame prize redemption games, with just a handful of driving and shooting games. It is also no longer owned by Putt-Putt- it is now Adventure Landing, and they have added a cave and various animal figures that you would never see on a "classic" Putt-Putt course.
This cache has been replaced with a small lock-and-lock, which should be helpful with the moisture problem. It is located very close but not exactly at the published coord, which quickly becomes inaccessible in warm weather.
