Located just off the A565, Formby By Pass, on Southport Old Road next to the Tree Tops Hotel. A quick cache (2 litre plastic container) and dash.
Obtained fairly accurate co-ordinates (Feb 09) however, as the trees start to come into leaf, it is likely that the GPS signal will weaken. I have therefore included a bit more information in the hint.
Additional Note - PLEASE make sure you fit the lid on properly. It is deliberately meant to be a tight fit so as to keep the contents dry. Also hide the box with the wood I've used.
