This is a party celebrating Badlands' 50th birthday. Before this
event he will have experienced over 18,264 sunrises and sunsets!
Please stop by to wish him well for his next
18,264!
Of Badlands 50 years only the past five were spent caching. In five
short years he's found over 7000 caches, plus he owns and maintains
over 130 caches and has moved an amazing 1400 travelers!
Much more important than those numbers are the friends he's made.
The memories, the people he's met and the places he's been are the
best part of caching, whether it's tramping alone through a silent
pristine snowfield or being part of a group looking for magnetic
keyholders in the city, wherever he goes he's making memories.
Badlands is an important source of laughter and smiles as well as
'smilies', come and give back some laughs and smiles.
No gifts or cards required but I'm sure he'd like to move whatever
travelers you drop off and I'll have a collage frame for any
pictures you bring of yourself and him.
Make this event your 'just one more' for the weekend. Culver's Ice
Cream in Addison is just east of 355, just off of Lake Street.
They've been warned to expect a few extra hot, tired, hungry and
thirsty folks tonight, so they'll be waiting to make some concrete
mixers and fry up some butterburgers.
