Geocache Description:

We came across this really neat Valentine's container that we just had to turn into a small cache. Since Valentine's is about love we thought we'd combine two things we love: Geocaching & Chocolate! Since we love our geocaching friendships we thought we'd make this the easiest puzzle you'll ever solve. Even bennykidd doesn't need to do his usual puzzle cache groan ;) We promise!

The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates.

OK, here is the puzzle. If for any reason you have trouble figuring out the answers from this page, you can also search the internet.

Bernard C. grew up in the chocolate business. His family’s home in Belgium was next to the chocolate factory founded in 1911 by his great-grandfather. A 4th generation Chocolaterie, Bernard carried the family tradition to Calgary, Canada. Bernard has been crafting delectable chocolates since 1982. Today it processes 15% of the world’s cocoa bean supply. Annual sales exceed $3 billion. What generation Chocolaterie is Bernard C.?
Let your answer =a

In 1998, Bernard C. was awarded the prestigious "Grand Prix International Artisan Chocolatier," the top award presented at the International Chocolate Festival held in Roanne, France. In fact, he is the only North American chocolatier ever to receive this award. In what year did Bernard C. win this award?
Let your answer = bcde.

Bernard C. has created 48 different specialty chocolates with seasonal offerings at special times throughout the year. The specialty chocolates are our favorites. They don’t use flavourings only the real thing. Ginger from China. Walnuts from France. Hazelnuts from Turkey. Pistachios from Italy. Absolutely pure cream, with no additives. How many specialty chocolates has Bernard C. created?
Let your answer = fg

Now some easy math:
b+c+d+e+f+g = h
h*a = NNN
NNN + h - a= PPP

Final cache location =
N 52° 06.656 +
PPP W 106° 38.207 - NNN

Make sure you add PPP and subtract NNN. The cache is hidden in a very pokey tree so bring some good gloves to protect your skin! This is an extremely high muggle area so use your best stealth or go at odd hours. Please make sure the cache is well concealed when you leave. The cache is small with only a log, pencil & sharpener but there is room for small items although we didn't leave any. There is a Twoonie for the FTF to get themselves a treat. Happy Valentine's Day!
