Brrr...
It got sooo cold doing this snowshoe/ski hike that
we were really excited to see the sign for the Hot Showers.
Well, it wasn't quite what we expected but still a nice little spot
to warm up for a bit. This cache is a bit of a walk in the
winter but may be much easier in the summer, it could be almost a
drive up with the correct type of vehicle.
"MTG - Tour Guides on
Tour - Hot Showers"...
From Highway #35 take the Margaret Lake Road west
to the Dan Lake Road "Bear Trail" and turn North. Follow
the "Bear Trail" to Dan Lake and keep left on the Deer Trail
as it goes below Dan Lake and then follow it as it heads West
between Margaret and Three Island Lakes. You will find the
Hot Showers near the junction of the Moose and Deer Trails.
If you are feeling particularely energetic you could continue
on the moose trail for a bit and then Bushwhack down the ridge
to Black Lake to find the cache there.
WARNING...
The hike is not for the unprepared. Be ready for anything
and bring a few friends with you especially if you intend to
continue on to Black Lake.

direction that excluded us from requiring a pass but if you intend
to use the trails or camp on the lakes you will likely require a
pass or permit.
You can look here,
