BKip is moving to San Diego??
This cache was placed as a tribute to BKip for all the great caching memories he has given to all of us around here. It is not hidden in "BKip style", but if it had been then it would have provided you with a good laugh, or a big smile, or maybe a head shaking in amazement at the craftsmanship and sheer genius of the cache. Discovering that a new BKip cache had been hidden could turn an ordinary day into a holiday. The memories of the first few found Bkip caches is a significant highlight of anyone's caching experience.
One doesn't even need to leave the house to appreciate BKip. Just look over the logs of the caches he has found, and you will discover many that were marked with a distinctive photographic memento of incomparable beauty and clever wit.
The long hours that BKip has devoted to this game has provided us (and will continue to provide us) with countless hours of enjoyment and adventure. And many smiles. For that we wish to thank him sincerely.
Now that he is moving to San Diego, we will surely miss his new cache hides. But even more, we will miss his wonderful sense of humor, his genuine friendship and the warmth of his spirit. We wish him all the best.
