A short walk around Dursley.

The given co-ordinates are for parking. From the suggested parking, walk to waypoint 1 and answer the following question: What year was Dursley named in the Domesday Book. Take the tens digit. This is A.

Continue to mini-roundabout and turn right and then left and walk to waypoint 2, and answer the following: How many sq ft of offices and workshops were destroyed by fire in 1983? Take off 4 zeros. This is E.

Walk along the road to waypoint 3. The Heritage Centre - Jacob's House. This used to be a weavers' house, you can tell by the large windows in the top floor. What is the largest digit on the stone marked S I E? This is C

Crossing the road carefully, pass the market hall, note the statue of Queen Anne. The plaque on the market hall that used to be part of this trail, went missing, has now been replaced and is worth a look. Enter the churchyard and proceed to waypoint 4. What time is Holy Communion on a Sunday? This is D

Continue to walk thorugh churchyard and go down the steep steps and around Broadwell. You will pass an information sign on your right by the overflow, read for information only. Now go to waypoint 5. What is the fine for washing your guts? This is B.

Retrace your steps through the churchyard and walk down Long Street to waypoint 6. What year was the inventor of the Pedersen Bicycle born? Take the units digit. This is F.

Continue down the hill to waypoint 7, How many curved steps are there to The Priory? This is G.
