Access from the north end (Beach Head), and this won't be possible to reach during extreme high winter tides (without getting wet). Bison tube in a branch bend of a horizontal tree. Look for a flossy anchor.
The terrain rating is for the final few meters because you do need to clamber up the rocks to reach the cache zone.
